Dear Bella..

Lately, I try to do 10 crunches and push ups in the morning..
But sometimes, I don't do cos I'm plain lazy but die die, must do!!
Why I pick up this habit?? Ever since I saw my tummy bulging abit..
So I panic like mad, and do some exercise.

Anyway, I'm at home while Shahril is working today..
But I'm gonna meet him after his work.. =)
